Sea Olive Restaurant opens its doors at THE FIVES Beach Club at Playa del Carmen – Riviera Maya

On June 21st, early in the morning all Sea Olive´s staff were ready to start operations and offer a warm welcome to guests and diners.

This seaside restaurante offers dishes such as chicken breast marinated in lemon-garlic-ginger, grilled vegetables and baby potatoes; or Grilled Garlic Shrimps over parsley linguini with tomato and bell pepper.

      

For additional comfort while dining it features an indoor air-conditioned section and an outdoor terrace, both a la carte.

So, either for breakfast or lunch, it will be a pleasure for us to assist you while you enjoy your dishes, surrounded by a warm atmosphere and nice view.

Letter from Karisma confirming the management of AZUL FIVES HOTEL

The following letter has been sent by the Director of Operations from Azul Hotels (from Karisma), in which expresses the full commitment to the Fives Project.

Apply at SRE with your legal’s individualization THE FIVES condo.

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you that Non Mexican citizens should apply at the SRE (Servicio Relaciones Exteriores in Mexico City) as soon as posible.

There is already concrete dates to sign the deeds and please ask your legal advicer to apply soon as authorisations take some time to arrive.

We do have all the individualizations of each condo and we would like you to coordinate with us that your legal representant receive the documents as soon as posible to go ahead in the legal closing.

We would like to confirm you that the followings institutions have received from the closing team of the THE FIVES main needed legal documents to proceed and give personal mortgages to THE FIVES’s clients:

If you have selected a diferent bank or a diferent finantial institution, please let’s us know and we will coordinate with your lender about the documents.

We confirm again the 3 dates for the signature of the title deed at the Public Notary (27 Novembre, 4 and 11 decembre 2009).

TM Real Estate Group confirms the following dates to sign the titles deeds at Public Notary

Dear clients,

We have the pleasure to confirm you the following dates to sign the deeds at the Public Notary. 

Friday 27 of November 2009, Friday 4 December 2009 and Friday 11 december 2009.

For those clients who are very busy at home at their work, we suggest you the following:

Thursday: Arrival to Cancun and THE FIVES team will pick you up and transfer and stay at THE FIVES.

Friday: Meeting with client’s legal representant/lawyer and when all is clear drive to Notary Oficce. Sign the Deeds and then tranfer to THE FIVES.

Saturday: Relax at THE FIVES or in Down Town Playa or at the beach.

Sunday: Tranfer to Cancun Airport. 

For those clients that wish to stay longer period, please do not hesitate to coordinate with us. Please contact: Cesar Bernad or Ramon Grau. 

Please consider that after 15 December 2009 Notarys, register and legal oficces will not be full opening even closed and we will not be able to sign you the deeds untill after 10 January 2010.

TM Real Estate Group increases economic investment in THE FIVES and there are 110 workers improving the quality of the entire resort.

In audit work performed on 2 September 2009, there were 110 workers of different areas working throughout the project THE FIVES. As you have already seen in the information provided on this blog 3 weeks ago, we have increased the workforce from 70 workers to its current 110.

TM Real Estate Group goes on with its goal of finishing the hotel and improving the quality of the condos. Work is ongoing in many areas but in particular it is acting in 7 condos owned by customers who have already paid 100% of its price, who have already enjoyed it, and that brought us a list of improvements.

We want to also confirm that THE FIVES Hotel & Private Residences offers an emergency diesel powered electric plant that could automatically start in 13 seconds in case it would be necessary to restore electric drop of the CFE Mexican public supply.

We are still given assistance to all buyers and we look forward to fulfill the expectations of the customer at this beautiful resort.
